OUR STAFF
Michael James Industries employs technicians from Local Union 638, and building engineers from Local Union 30, all boasting over 30 years of experience in the HVAC services industry. Our partnership with these local unions allows us to recruit highly trained and certified professionals skilled in diagnosing and repairing today’s advanced equipment and energy management systems.
Additionally, our technicians benefit from manufacturers’ technology training programs and ongoing education, ensuring they spend less time on diagnostics, which ultimately reduces downtime and lowers costs for our customers.
